ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities
Optimize multi-vendor Radio Networks (2G, 3G, 4G & 5G) to meet performance KPIs.
Analyze poor cell performance and implement troubleshooting strategies.
Engage with customers to understand requirements and provide innovative solutions.
Tune Radio Network parameters to enhance coverage, quality, capacity, and user experience.
Perform root cause analysis for end-to-end issues and devise actionable solutions.
Create comprehensive SLA KPI reports for optimization and acceptance processes.
Coordinate site acceptance for new integrations and expansions, including physical site optimization.
Expected to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, Electrical, or Computer Engineering
1+ years of hands-on experience in RF Planning & Optimization for 2G, 3G, LTE/VoLTE, and 5G networks
Strong expertise in Ericsson OR Zte Radio Access technologies
Ability to analyze radio network statistics and Layer 3 traces
Experience in customer management to maximize customer satisfaction
Nice-To-Have:
Experience with Drive-Test log analysis and proficiency in NPO tools
Knowledge of multi-layer, multi-technology Radio Network Parameter tuning
Strong skills in MS Office suite, including PowerPivot, Power BI, and Power Automate
Exhibits creativity and resourcefulness
