The role and responsibilities of the Staff Product engineer (PE) include the following:       

: PE will report to Engineering manager and work for assignment from manager.

: PE working with San Jose and Nava sustaining team to lead setup process flow, MES with IT

: Work with Nava PM and San Jose PM to drive activity, issue BR, DEV document and track activity, including alpha and beta build in Nava manufacturing

: PE will be interface/point of contact between US R&D and Nava site, coordinating the transfer and bring-up of failure in processes and failure analysis at Nava.

: Report back on US R&D on progress of NPI transfer and build unit during Gate 1 to Gate 3

: Ensure DOE/validation data is collected, compiled, and presented to stakeholders.

: Work and lead with process engineers, mechanical engineers to develop/modify tooling/fixturing and validate performance.

: Work and lead with US and Test engineers and IT to ensure that MES/Binning Engine/ATR/E-Test system and TDS is functioning properly, and issues are quickly resolved.

: Work with US and Nava engineers to ensure that WIs are reviewed, updated, understood, translated, and released.
