The North America Jewellery Operations Support acts as a key link between the HQ Jewellery team in Bioggio and the North American local teams, ensuring accurate product set-up, order and shipment coordination, retail allocation activities and day-to-day follow-up across full-price stores, outlet stores, and e-commerce. As these activities have been progressively brought in-house, this role will play an important part in consolidating operations across North America.



CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute operational activities related to North America jewellery orders, allocations and shipments in line with business calendars and priorities.
  • Ensure accurate product and style set-up, data maintenance and updates across relevant company systems.
  • Coordinate with HQ functions, North American teams, and logistics partners to ensure timely execution and resolution of issues.
  • Monitor shipment status and delivery information, following-up delays, shortages or discrepancies.
  • Prepare and maintain reports and analysis related to SKUs, orders, shipments, allocations and retail needs.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and automate recurring operational activities and improve data quality and process efficiency.

ACTIVITIES

  • Support North America jewellery operations across full-price stores, outlet stores and e-commerce.
  • For full-price stores, execute allocation activities directly from HQ.
  • For outlet stores, work in partnership with North America to coordinate allocation activities and ensure accurate product distribution.
  • For e-commerce, work in partnership with the dedicated e-commerce team to coordinate product availability.
  • Create and maintain style/SKU information, product descriptions and related master data.
  • Update relevant systems and databases, ensuring date accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage assortment updates for newness, carryover and discontinued products.
  • Use AS400, Stealth, Business Intelligence tools and MS Office to manage and analyze operational information.
  • Prepare assortment analysis to support business needs and decisions.
  • Follow up purchase orders, production and shipments in coordination with Purchasing and Logistics.
  • Monitor quantities, shipment schedules and deliveries, identifying shortages, delays and discrepancies.
  • Support the verification and collection of shipment documentation to ensure timely delivery and receipt.
  • Collaborate with Product Development, Purchasing and Logistics, to ensure smooth execution of the Jewellery operations.
  • Escalate critical issues and coordinate their resolution across functions.
  • Work with other business units to improve coordination and avoid overlapping activities.

Requirements
  • Experience: 2 - 4 years of experience in a similar operational role.
  • Education: University Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English is mandatory. Any other European language is considered a plus.
  • PC Skills: strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; experience with AS400, Stealth and Business Intelligence systems is required.
  • Ability to work with large amounts of data while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, organized and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
  • Ability to manage multiple activities and priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Team player, flexible, dynamic and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Skills Required

  • 2–4 years of experience in a similar operational role
  • University degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with AS400, Stealth, and Business Intelligence systems
  • Ability to work with large amounts of data accurately and maintain attention to detail
