Key Responsibilities:
- Represent nonprofit organizations by educating the public on their mission, goals, and supported causes.
- Persuasively communicate the impact of donations to inspire continued donor support.
- Build lasting relationships with donors, supporters, and the community.
- Plan and execute outreach campaigns in community and retail settings to raise awareness for charitable causes.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when engaging with the public.
- Achieve fundraising targets while preserving the integrity of nonprofit partners.
- Accurately track donor contributions and maintain records of interactions.
- Collaborate with a team to strategize, optimize, and improve outreach efforts.
Qualifications:
- Genuine passion for supporting charitable causes and making a positive community impact.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to achieving results.
- Experience in customer service, sales, or event coordination is an asset but not required.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on event schedules.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Invictus MSI is a team-oriented Marketing and Advertising firm focused on empowering change and social justice campaigns to help local Bay Area communities. Our 501(C)3 nonprofit clients have long histories of bringing creative, evidence-based solutions to major societal problems that require our collective, immediate response. Recently, their focus is attacking the opioid and gun violence epidemic in schools, but they currently offer more than 20 programs to promote safer, happier communities for children to grow up in.
