The Role

Are you looking to launch a meaningful career where your work creates real impact in the community? We are seeking motivated, mission-driven individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Campaign and Leadership Trainees. In this role, you will support and lead outreach efforts for nonprofit campaigns focused on youth safety, anti-drug education, and violence prevention.

This full-time, in-person position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about public service, advocacy, and community engagement. Through hands-on training and mentorship, you’ll gain valuable experience in event coordination, campaign strategy, and leadership development.

Position Overview

As a Campaign and Leadership Trainee, you will work directly with community members at local events and retail locations to increase public awareness and raise support for nonprofit programs. You will collaborate with a team to plan, manage, and execute outreach campaigns that drive positive change in local communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and execution of nonprofit outreach strategies

  • Represent youth-focused programs and speak with the public to raise awareness and encourage donations

  • Support campaign logistics, including event setup, data tracking, and inventory management

  • Engage in daily training and leadership development workshops

  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance messaging and improve campaign outcomes

  • Set and track personal and team performance goals, celebrating progress and milestones

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Experience in customer service, volunteering, or team leadership is a plus

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Friendly, confident, and comfortable with face-to-face outreach

  • Passion for youth advocacy, community impact, or nonprofit work

  • Goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic

  • Reliable transportation required to travel to local event sites

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
