The Non-Tech Recruiter will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for all non-engineering roles, including Sales, Business Development, Operations, and Finance. The primary goal is to build a robust talent pipeline and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for high-volume hiring drives.
- Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Utilize job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), social media, and employee referrals to source high-quality candidates for Sales and BDE roles.
- Bulk Hiring Management: Lead large-scale recruitment drives, specifically focusing on PAN India requirements and campus hiring.
- Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fit, communication skills, and alignment with company values.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with department heads and hiring managers (like Nishant and Jatin) to understand specific role requirements and provide regular hiring updates.
- Offer & Onboarding: Manage the offer negotiation process and coordinate with the HR team to ensure all documentation is completed
