What You'll Do
Monitor & Investigate: Continuously track system performance using modern monitoring tools. Conduct Level 1 investigations, resolve alerts, and escalate critical issues promptly.
Incident Management: Analyze outages, implement rapid fixes, log detailed incidents in our ticketing system, and lead post-incident reviews (RCA).
Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional IT teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve complex network and system issues.
Optimize Operations: Assist in refining alert rules and descriptions, and build custom operational dashboards to improve visibility.
Shift Support: Participate in on-call rotations and shift schedules to maintain high system availability.
What We Expect From You
Experience: Degree in IT/Computer Science (or related field) OR at least 1 year of hands-on experience in a NOC/IT support role.
Technical Skills: Fundamental understanding of networking concepts, IT infrastructure, and monitoring systems.
Schedule: Ability and willingness to work in 12-hour day/night rotational shifts.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, keen attention to detail, and solid communication skills under pressure.
