Monitor network devices, servers, and applications; identify, document, and escalate incidents; assist with connectivity and performance troubleshooting; support ticket and incident management; maintain operational documentation and logs; perform infrastructure health checks; and coordinate with technical teams while following SOPs and escalation procedures.
