About the role:
Our Trade Centre's operate a little differently to our retail sites providing a delivery and pick up solution for key building lines, delivering bulk quantities of materials to building sites. We partner with our commercial customers, helping them manage their projects with a ‘whole of build’ solution.
As a Trade Centre Supervisor, you will provide support to the senior leadership team and act as a continual support to oversee workflow, setting an example to other team members and ensuring day-to-day operations of the trade centre run smoothly.
What’s involved:
Lead by example to provide best experience for our customers and team members
Assist with inducting and training team members
Supporting the team with pick and packing customer orders where required
Organise deliveries and ensure customer orders are dispatched in full and on time
Coordinate stock, loading and unloading products on delivery trucks
Communicate with key stakeholders including account managers, suppliers and site supervisors
Who we're looking for:
Our ideal candidate will be complimentary to the Trade Centre leadership team. You will have previous experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment, have open communication and a genuine interest in coaching and developing others.
This is a Full-Time role and the flexibility to work afternoon and evening shifts between 1pm-9pm from Monday-Friday is required so that we can provide the best experience to our customers

Recent experience in a night fill, pick and pack role or a background in commercial and building products highly regarded
