Job Description

Sutherland is seeking an experienced Integration Engineer to deliver the technical aspects of product deployments for NICE Systems' customers. This is a technical consulting role which involves direct interaction with customers to understand their business data and to design and implement creative solutions to integrate the data with the Company Sales Performance Management Applications Suite. Company Integration Engineers also design, develop, and configure end-user functionality such as Data ports, webservices, PL/SQL procedures, triggers, views, materialized views, SQL & Linux shell scripts, Compensation Plans, calculators, forms, workflows, and reports for customer implementations.

Job Description

The Integration Engineer performs a wide range of duties including some or all the following:

  • Implement custom deployments of the Company product suite for clients.
  • Install & Integrate Company's applications with other enterprise systems and data sources using ETL, REST API calls, webservices, XML, XSLT, and scripting languages.
  • Install and maintain MicroStrategy Intelligence server, web server and application tools suite.
  • Manage and maintain data models for reporting and analytics report configuration using MicroStrategy development and configuration tools.
  • Work closely with customer and Company Client Services team on all technical aspects of a Company deployment, including but not limited to – data mapping and integration, forms & workflow design and implementation, report design and implementation.
  • Work with other Company Integration Engineers to share best practices and knowledge.
  • Provide input to Company’s Product Management group on how to enhance future products.
  • Required Skills/Experience:
  • Excellent technical and analytical skills
  • In-depth knowledge of data handling and SQL
  • Integration experience with enterprise software
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to set own task lists and timelines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Demonstrated interest and ability to communicate across technology and business boundaries.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science (or equivalent)
  • Technology driven with willingness to learn & assimilate emerging technologies and trends.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
  • All experience levels welcome.

Qualifications

  • Advanced English level (B2 or Higher)
  • Linux, Windows 11 Enterprise, Windows Server 2019/202
  • Unix Shell Scripting, PL/SQL, XML, XSLT, Java, JSP, HTML, CSS, Python, Perl
  • Oracle, Postgres, SQL Server, DB2
  • Experience as a DBA, System Administrator, or Network Administrator
  • Experience implementing and managing data warehouses.
  • Experience with Hadoop or other Big Data platforms.
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI, Business Objects, Cognos)
  • Familiarity with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, Brio).
  • Familiarity with configuring and testing REST API calls & webservices.
  • Practical operational experience with installing, maintaining, and deploying applications and code in AWS.
  • Exposure to CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Exposure to ERP tools like Oracle, SAP etc.
  • Exposure/experience in Sales Domain.
