Join our Network Infrastructure (NI) Deployment Service team as a Summer Trainee at the Egypt Hub, where you will support remote deployment activities across the MEA region. This role offers direct collaboration with the MEA NI Customer Delivery team to ensure seamless service delivery, alongside coordination with PLM, Practice, and Site Engineering Service teams within our Global Deployment organization. You will primarily assist in the deployment of IP, Optical, and Fixed networks. Our team innovates by leveraging AI and automation platforms to enhance delivery efficiency, achieve right-first-time execution, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Work with global and local teams to support telecom site design documentation, including as-built drawings, network diagrams, and topology layouts.
Develop a strong technical understanding of Nokia Network Infrastructure, including IP, Optics, and Fixed Networks, through direct hands-on experience.
Utilize Nokia Digital Deploy tools, operating models, and industry best practices to manage daily activities and ensure efficient project delivery.
Effectively oversee multiple project deadlines and deliverables within a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on high-quality output.
Receive dedicated coaching and mentoring from experienced professionals to accelerate your technical and professional development.
Network with industry experts and build lasting professional relationships within the Nokia global ecosystem.

You must have:
Fresh graduate or final-year student in Power or Telecommunications Engineering.
Excellent communication skills, fluent in verbal and written English.
Interpersonal, intercultural, and teamwork skills in a geographically distributed team
It would be nice if you also have:
Competence in creating technical diagrams and visualizations, with basic knowledge of design standards for telecom site layouts.
Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD and Visio is preferred.
