Job Title:  Next Steps Coordinator  

Purpose:  Provide support, coordinate, and manage operational tasks and data administration related to Small Groups, Pastoral Care, Growth Track, Dream Team, and Water Baptism departments to ensure people are connected and engaged in their next steps.  
 

Experience and Knowledge Required: 

• Exceptional time management, organizational and prioritization skills with a particular emphasis on follow-through and attention to detail. 

• Problem-solving, resourceful communicator asking the right questions to gain clarity and have a high tolerance for stress, ambiguity, and interruptions. 

• Excellent communication skills to interact with people both inside and outside of the organization.  

• Ability to think and work independently with a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.  
 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities: 

• Maintain regular communication with the Dream Team Director, Small Groups Director, and Central Next Steps Team. 

• Assist Dream Team Director and Small Groups Director to ensure campus preparedness for all services, activities/events, small group semesters and conferences. 

• Assist with supporting, facilitating, equipping, and resourcing Teams, as needed. 

• Data / Reporting. 

• Assist with creating growth strategies to ensure health on each team (Dream Team, Small Groups, and Pastoral Care). 

• Resource and support Dream Team and Small Groups as it pertains to Worship, Production, Kids, and Students departments, as needed. 

• Serve as Rock Champion for campus – providing support and training for all tasks within Rock for Host Teams, Small Groups, and Ministry Teams.  

• Support and train Worship, Production, Kids, and Students departments in Rock, as needed. 

• Assist with accounting tasks as it is related to Dream Team, Growth Track, Water Baptism, Small Groups, and Pastoral Care. 

• Assist with data input, managing reports, and executing any follow-up for Connections, Host Teams, Small Groups, and Pastoral Care in Rock.
