How to contribute to our vision

You lead the supply chain teams in the plant Cuxhaven and are part of the management team. The supply management and the warehouse teams of the plant are reporting to you.

Job Description  

  • You lead all supply chain activities in the plant Cuxhaven. 

  • You are fully responsible for the SQDCP targets in the area. 

  • You develop and sustain the processes to achieve operational excellence around supply chain. 

  • You support the production teams in a value stream mindset and ensure that material is available on-time in full at the right spot. 

  • You are the main interface for the plant to important partners, like P. 

  • You represent the plant and the company towards all other internal and external partners. 

What You Need to Make a Difference: 

A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…

  • You have successfully completed a course of studies. 

  • You have strong leadership skills and 6+ years experience in leading people in a supply chain environment. 

  • You have preferable experience in lean management. 

  • Very good language skills in German and English as well as top moderation and communications skills complete your profile
