Your role at Hostinger

As a New Products Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for finding, testing, and scaling growth opportunities for newly launched or early-stage products.

Your mission: turn new products into scalable growth drivers by identifying winning channels, running rapid experiments, and optimizing the full funnel.

Unlike traditional product marketing, your focus will be less on positioning and more on execution, experimentation, and measurable growth impact.

You’ll work at the intersection of product, data, and performance marketing-moving fast, testing constantly, and doubling down on what works.

Your day-to-day

  • Running rapid growth experiments across acquisition, activation funnels.

  • Identifying and validating the most effective channels (paid, organic, partnerships, etc.) for new products.

  • Analyzing data, extracting insights, and continuously improving conversion rates and user journeys.

  • Testing value propositions, pricing, landing pages, and messaging to find what converts best.

  • Scaling successful experiments into repeatable growth playbooks.

  • Working with analytics and data teams to define success metrics and track performance.

  • Moving fast, prioritizing impact, and iterating based on real user behavior.

  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and processes for more efficient planning and execution.

Your skills and experience

  • 3+ years of experience working with growth marketing and digital performance marketing.

  • Strong skills in performance marketing, growth tactics, funnel building, optimization, landing page creation, A/B testing, tracking, and data interpretation.

  • A solid analytical mindset and the ability to use data to shape strategies, explain performance drivers, and make decisions.

  • You’re independent, organized, and proactive – you manage projects from start to finish and take ownership when solving challenges.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to understand technical aspects needed.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and can-do attitude.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities, multitask, and meet deadlines.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.

  • High attention to detail, including precise and effective written/verbal communication.

Compensation

  • Gross salary from 3500 EUR/month. Salary is offered based on work experience, competence, and compliance with other job requirements.
