The New & Pre-Owned Sales Associate is responsible for answering questions about the products and services the dealership offers with the purpose of making customers feel welcome and supported through the car-purchasing process.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Pay - Commission average earnings between $75,000 - $100,000 per year, paid weekly

  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 7:00pm, rotating evenings and Saturdays. Hours and schedule may vary.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing and selling new and used vehicles.
  • Need high energy, self-motivated individual who have the desire to earn a very respectable living.
  • Candidate should possess good communication skills in presenting vehicles to customers resulting in a sale.
  • Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs
  • Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
  • Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers
  • Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
  • Prior sales experience a plus.

Requirements:

  • Must submit to a background check and drug test
  • Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the sales workday
  • Friendly, competitive personality, especially when handling objections & negotiating pricing
  • Strong customer service, communication skills, computer and basic math skills
  • Interest in training additional sales associates once you get up to speed and working in a team environment
