Salary: £35,000 - £43,000 per annum + benefits
Location: Stratford w/ high-flex (home-working requests considered)

Why we need you
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a New Partnerships Manager. We need you to be responsible for acquiring high value partnerships that generate income and non-financial value for CRUK and benefits to the partner.
Further to this, we need you to develop a pipeline of prospects that meet the needs of the organisation's priorities and/ or key sectors working creatively, with passion and commitment to create compelling pitches and partner packages, and to cultivate them to become committed CRUK partners.

Being responsible for managing and developing a pipeline of prospects that meet the objectives and priorities of CRUK strategy and the Partnership Team’s strategy

Being responsible for developing prospects through a sales pipeline process, managing records and reporting on outcomes

Collaborating with Managers to support the acquisition of new partnerships and the development of existing partnerships

Working with Managers to share insights on your discrete area of focus and identify opportunities for prospects within sectors, industry and partnerships types

Leading pitches and application processes, working collaboratively to deliver the opportunities through a matrix way of working

Delivering against new partnerships targets, reporting on progress and risks to the Senior Manager

Leading the due diligence and legal process for your areas of work, adhering to compliant criteria for CRUK partnerships.

What skills are we looking for?

Confident communicator with the ability to match opportunities to objectives

Experience of securing partnerships in either a charity or business to business environment

Experience of negotiating and positively influencing outcomes to secure new opportunities of financial and non-financial value

Evidence you can build long term relationships with high level stakeholders internally and externally

Evidence of excellent presentation skills

Knowledge of the charity sector and the charity partnerships market

Evidence of excellent communication style which lends to a confident and persuasive approach

Evidence of ability to be solution focused, with good problem-solving skills

Resilience and the ability to work under pressure/proactive and dynamic approach.
