As a Sales Associate, you’ll guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process, helping them find the right fit for their needs, lifestyle, and budget. Key Responsibilities- Greet customers and build rapport to understand their needs
- Guide customers in selecting the right vehicle based on lifestyle and budget
- Conduct engaging and informative test drives
- Present vehicle features, benefits, and value clearly and confidently
- Negotiate pricing and financing options professionally
- Complete all required sales documentation accurately
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous sales experience preferred (automotive a plus, but not required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license
