The Role & Your Impact
As our New Business Sales Manager, you will take commercial ownership of China’s new business development—building strategic partnerships, expanding accounts, and supporting sales-related business growth. This role blends strategic direction with hands-on execution, influencing both current performance and long-term market positioning.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Lead new business development in China as commercial owner, identifying new opportunities and partnerships
- Develop and expand business opportunities in biofuel and related industrial segments
- Manage and grow key accounts through structured plans and long-term targets
- Drive commercial negotiations and secure new business deals
- Support sales-related initiatives, including new product introductions and customer development
- Build strong, multi-level customer relationships.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or related fields.
- 5–10 years’ experience in sales, business development, or account management within industrial biotech, food, or biofuel industries.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Fluent English and Chinese.
- Experience in distributor management (preferred but not required).
