- Identify client opportunities that are a great fit for our parcel solution
- Secure new business opportunities working alongside the wider Commercial team
- Work with Tech teams to on-board and integrate new clients
- Develop account plans to grow volumes and achieve targets
- Monitor volumes and performance metrics in line with contractual requirements and maintain standards, aligning with Service and Operational teams where necessary to improve the customer experience
- Plan volume efficiently in line with client and business activity
- Maintain pricing and commercial ownership of client portfolio, making key decisions with the Commercial manager
- Lead new development projects and cross functional working to achieve goals
