We are looking for a New Brand Partnerships Manager to join our fast-growing team in Warsaw. the aim of the fashion business development manager is to identify partnerships and pitch the marketplace to new clients.

Key responsibilities:  

  • leading on research, pitch and negotiation stages to secure new partners 
  • identifying and approaching new client leads 
  • working collaboratively with internal teams to develop new client proposals and partnership propositions 
  • building and managing relationships with key clients and decision makers 
  • building and managing the wider network – made up of prospective clients and industry influencers
  • accurately record client kpi's and data to create regular reports to demonstrate client management records to ensure clear reporting on partnership pipeline and targets 
  • data analysis and reporting 
  • domestic and overseas travel 

Desired skills: 

  • fashion and retail industry exposure
  • experience in introducing new business model, or new brand/product into the market (preferred)
  • strong interest in fashion and knowledge

Skills & qualifications

  • minimum of 3 years’ business development experience
  • strong business acumen and commercial awareness 
  • market research and sales expertise 
  • strong communication skills – written and verbal 
  • excellent numerical skills 
  • proficiency in Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint 
  • ability to travel – locally and internationally
