Description du posteYou’ll be integrated to IT Corporate Infrastructures team. Tasks under your responsibilities are:
- Operate Wi-Fi infrastructure
- Operate wireless solution based on IT Policies
- Monitore and adjust infrastructure performance
- Incident Management
- Acknowledge and categorize reported incidents
- Track incidents and escalate them as needed
- Provide support to local teams
- Advice users and managers on new deployed products and assure users’ satisfaction
- Train IT and key users on these products
- Write and update IT documentation

- WiFi Connectivity
- Cloud Connectivity
- Routing Connectivity
Security:
- Firewalling
- VPN IPSec / SSL
- Extreme Network device
- Extreme Cloud IQ
- Ekahau
- 3-5 years’ experience
- English (meetings, reports and corporate communication are only in English)
- Provide technical expertise on wireless network aspect during IT implementation projects

- Experience with Extreme Networks devices
- Experience with ExtremeCloud IQ
- Experience with Ekahau
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Fluent English for meetings, reports and corporate communication
- Operate and monitor Wi‑Fi infrastructure according to IT policies
- Incident management: acknowledge, categorize, track and escalate incidents
- Knowledge of firewalling and VPN (IPSec/SSL)
- Routing and cloud connectivity experience
- Soft skills: rigor, proactive, autonomous, collaborative
