• Drive incident and outage management to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor systems and trends to enhance performance and prevent incidents.
• Track and facilitate the acceptance of changes to production environments.
• Operate information technology production services in alignment with established protocols.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Advanced proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant related skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
