Full Job Description

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic Network Support Intern to be part of the next generation of successful Engineers shaping the internet’s experience future! EdgeUno is engaging, hiring and emerging new talents! And as Intern based in Uberlandia, you’re going to shape your career working side by side with a team of Subject Matter Experts and references in the telecommunication and technology industry. As Intern from NOC, you’ll work in a network team monitoring our telecommunication networks and computer systems and servers, supporting customers and addressing their needs.

 

Core Responsibilities


  • Monitoring devices and systems using network management tools 

  • Support the diagnoses and troubleshooting issues with customers following the Engineer determining the next steps
  • Collaborating with Network Engineering Team to assist in network configuration, updates, learning the processes
  • Be up to date with the training path by a team of experts in the subject area
  • Contribute to special projects

 

 

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Telecommunication Engineering or related technical field involving Network or equivalent technical experience (graduating in/after Dec 2025)
  • English level B2+ is a must
  • Skilled at working with multiple coding formats
  • Demonstrated experience related to the technical subject as part of coursework, internships, personal projects, coding competitions or research
  • Network Engineering / Infrastructure Development career aspiration
  • Good attitude to perform and develop demonstrating results
  • Passion for learning, solving problems as an outside-of-box-thinker to be part of a successful startup fast-growing!
