私たちのチームではネットワークへパッションを持った、テクニカル障害対応、問題解決に熱意を持って取り組んでいただけるサポートエンジニアを募集しております。
業務責任:
* お客様・パートナーへ対してトラブルシューティング、障害診断などのテクニカルサポートを電話、メールで行い、必要に応じてチームメンバー、アカウント担当、エスカレーションチームと連携して解決へ導く
* メラキ製品のエクスパートとして、製品やテクノロジー知識を常に最新に保つためセルフトレーニング等を行う
【必須条件】
・ 日本語が母国語または流暢であり、日本語能力試験(JLPT)N1レベル相当のスキルを有する方
・ 英語での読み書きが可能な方(英会話スキルがあれば尚可)
・ ネットワークの基礎知識を有し、firewall、content filter、routing/switching、VLAN、VPN、無線LAN(802.11a/b/g/n/ac)などの技術経験がある方
・ 顧客サポートおよびカスタマーサービスへの高い意欲をお持ちの方
・ 書面・口頭ともに優れたコミュニケーション能力をお持ちの方
・ チームメンバーや他チームとのコラボレーション力を有する方
【歓迎条件】
・ LAN/VLAN/VPN/NAT/DHCP環境の構築やWi-Fiネットワークのトラブルシューティング経験を含む、ネットワーク問題解決の経験がある方
・ 優れたアカウント管理・フォローアップ・問題解決スキルを有する方
・ 状況に応じて柔軟に対応でき、細部まで正確さを意識して行動できる方
・ CCNA、CCNP、CWNAなどのネットワーク関連資格を保有していれば尚可(必須ではありません)

・ 週5日(月曜〜金曜日)
・ 9時〜17:30時もしくは11時半〜20時 休憩1時間 シフトローテンション制
土日のオンコール月一回ほど、11時半~20時 のシフトは週1、2回

Your Impact
As a Network Support Engineer, you will provide quality technical support for our expanding client and partner base. You will diagnose and resolve issues across the entire Meraki product line, including wireless access points, security appliances, switches, cameras, and software products. This role offers exposure to diverse teams such as Engineering, Product Management, Sales, and Operations, providing ample career growth opportunities in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities• Communicate effectively with partners and customers regarding technical issues and service inquiries via phone and written communication.• Troubleshoot and diagnose wireless, security, switching, and other network-related issues reported by customers and partners.• Manage customer cases from initial creation through resolution.• Collaborate with support team members to resolve network outages, configurations, and complex networking issues.• Analyze packet captures using Wireshark.• Work with engineering and management to resolve critical escalated issues.• Utilize Unix Console Commands to troubleshoot Meraki devices and Dashboard services.• Contribute to Knowledge Base articles by suggesting, editing, and writing content.• Stay current on Meraki features and technology through training and team communications.
Minimum Qualifications• Proficiency in Japanese (native level) and conversational English (reading and writing).• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including link, network, transport, and application layers.• Hands-on experience with network technologies such as firewalls, content filters, routing/switching, VLANs, VPNs, and 802.11a/b/g/n/ac wireless.• Experience supporting or testing LANs, VLANs, WLANs, VPNs, NAT devices, and/or DHCP servers.• Passion for customer assistance and problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications• Excellent account management, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.• Resourcefulness and attention to detail.• Strong written and verbal communication skills.• Outstanding customer service skills.• Ability to multitask and work effectively under stress.• Networking certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CWNA are a plus.
