1.Network Security Engineer – Key Responsibilities:Implement, configure, and manage network security solutions (Firewall, VPN, IDS/IPS, etc.).
Monitor network and security systems to identify and resolve issues.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
Manage and maintain firewalls, routers, switches, and security devices.
Perform regular updates, patching, and system maintenance.
Coordinate with OEMs and internal teams for deployment and support.
Maintain documentation of configurations, changes, and support activities.
Track support tickets and ongoing tasks to ensure timely resolution and smooth workflow.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.
1–5 years of experience in network security or IT infrastructure.
Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, routing, switching, and network security concepts.
Hands-on experience in configuration and troubleshooting of network/security devices.
Basic understanding of cybersecurity solutions and best practices.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, or security certifications) will be an added advantage.
