Responsibilities:
- Design, implementation, configuration, and maintenance of our current on-prem and cloud-based infrastructure with a focus on resiliency and high-availability.
- Promote “continuous improvement” of our network infrastructure.
- Promote IAC (Infrastructure as code) and DevOps best practices for automation and scalability of our network infrastructure.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex incidents including post-mortem tasks to avoid recurrence.
- Analysis of network usage, growth patterns, and capacity planning for future infrastructure decisions.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, developers, architects, and managers from different locations and ensure timely deliverables.
- Ensure the level 2 and if applicable level 3 support for changes, requests and incidents in production environments and provide adequate response with possibility to participate in the on-call 24/7 support.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in Network Engineering role
- Switching (Cisco Nexus and Catalyst)
- Wifi Infrastructure
- Routing (BGP)
- Firewall (Fortinet, Cisco ASA, Forcepoint)
- Load Balancing (F5, HAProxy)
- Azure Architecture (hub and spoke)
- Able to work with autonomy, proactivity, leadership, ownership, coordination, and continuous improvement.
- Good presentation with excellent communication skills (written, listening and speaking), culture centred attitude, teamwork and highly motivated.
- English (fluent mandatory)
Additional assets/preferable skills:
- Degree in Computer Engineering or Similar
- Experience with Cloud environments (Preferably Azure)
- Experience with Terraform
- Experience working withing an AGILE methodology
