Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Design, setup and configure complex Local Area Network per corporate standard
- Design, setup and configure global Wide Area Network per corporate standard
- Design, setup and configure wireless infrastructure to support secure private corporate and guest Internet access per corporate standard
- Design, setup and configure Internet facing infrastructure (DNS, DMZ, VPN, etc.) per corporate standard
- Design, setup and configure load balancers per corporate standard
- Design, setup and configure voice, video infrastructure per corporate standard
- Setup and administrate security appliances including firewall, VPN InfoSec guideline
- Maintain software applications and operating systems to support regular network operations including DNS, DHCP, IPAM and Monitoring
- Define and document system standards with written procedures, processes, engineering drawings and other technical documents
- Monitor and support multi-regions (including Cloud) network operations (DHCP, DNS, switches, routers, etc)
- Design, setup and configure network and security infrastructure for external partners and contract manufacturers
- Troubleshoot and diagnose network, voice and security related issues
- Evaluate vendors, processes and technologies to improve quality and efficiency of IT infrastructure
- Collaborate with users to capture system requirements and propose network solutions to meet user requirements
- Capacity monitoring (Utilization, QoS, IP allocation, Port density, etc.), diagnostic and recommend remediation
- Coordinate and scheduling outage for upgrade and patch management
- Design and propose new solutions to improve performance and resiliency of current environment
- Manage small projects to integrate new network designs into production
- Provide inputs and guidance in development of new technologies and solutions
- Maintain and audit asset inventory
Qualification:
- CCNP or higher
- Strong understanding of OSI and TCP/IP model (TCP, UDP, CIDR, etc.)
- Strong understanding of LAN networking protocols (PoE, STP, EIGRP, HSRP, VLAN, etc.)
- Strong understanding of WAN networking protocols (BGP, PBR, MPLS, etc.)
- Strong understanding of SDWAN technologies
- Strong understanding of QoS networking protocols
- Proven hands-on experience with monitoring, network troubleshooting and analytics tools
- Experience with Windows server and Linux operating system
- Hands-on working experience with managing voice infrastructure (PBX, SIP, POTS, PRI)
- Experience with security operation (ACLs)
- Wireless 802.11 protocols (802.11b/a/g/n/ac, WPA, WEP, PEAP, etc.)
- IP Address Management (DHCP, DNS)
- Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
- University degree in Computer Science or related subject
- Experience of working in an ITIL framework and preferable ITIL v4 qualification.
- Experience working in an Agile environment / team
