As a Microwave Integration & Test Engineer, you will play a key role in defining test strategies, driving automation initiatives, and ensuring product quality throughout the development lifecycle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including system architects, software developers, firmware engineers, and product experts.

An important aspect of this role is the adoption of AI-driven testing methodologies. You will leverage Artificial Intelligence to improve test coverage, optimize validation strategies, accelerate defect analysis, and enhance Python-based automation frameworks.

Responsibilities
  • Define and execute comprehensive verification and validation strategies.
  • Design and maintain complex test environments and automated test benches.
  • Develop and maintain Python-based automation frameworks.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools to improve test coverage and validation effectiveness.
  • Drive the transformation from traditional testing approaches toward AI-assisted testing methodologies.
  • Analyze system behavior, protocol traces, logs, and performance metrics.
  • Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis activities for complex issues.
  • Collaborate with software, firmware, hardware, and system teams.
  • Mentor junior engineers and share best practices.
  • Contribute to the continuous evolution of testing processes and engineering methodologies.
     
Qualifications

Must have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Experience in system integration, testing, networking, telecommunications, or software validation.
  • Strong Python scripting and automation skills.
  • Knowledge of IP networking and Ethernet technologies.
  • Structured and analytical approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with microwave or wireless communication systems.
  • Familiarity with test automation frameworks.
  • Experience with Linux environments.
  • Experience using AI-assisted software development and testing tools.
  • Familiarity with network management solutions and telecom architectures.
