Key Responsibilities:
· Deployment and Operations of the network hardware in the IT infrastructure.
· It includes new implementations, expansion, and support of NX-OS (N2K, N3K, N5K, N7K, and N9K), IOS Catalyst (3850, 9500 and 9300) switches and routers in Data Centers.
· Working on Routing Protocols (EIGRP, BGP and OSPF) and Switching Protocols (STP, RSTP, VRRP and HSRP) as part of implementations and operations.
· Strong experience in a medium/ large scale enterprise networks & 5+ years of relevant experience.
· Network and security knowledge on Cisco/Arista products (routing and switching).
· Strong network troubleshooting skills from layer 1-7.
· Experience with Cisco ASR,ISR Series routers, Cisco A9K Series routers
· Working knowledge on various Network OS (Cisco IOS, IOS-XE, NXOS and IOS-XR).
· Coordinating with hardware vendors in configuration and troubleshooting
· Daily reporting of IOS upgrade of all devices as and when required and Implementing Audit recommendations pertaining to Network.
· Installation, configuration and strong troubleshooting experience in AAA, TACACS+, SNMP and Access Lists.
· Strong knowledge of Troubleshooting in Switches and edge Routers on EBGP and IBGP.
· Knowledge in ITIL Management and approval process.
· Experience in Firewall management on next gen tools and configuration process including the Certificate management process.
· Strong knowledge in F5 Load balancers and its traffic management process based on the product.
· Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including patches, hot fixes and configurations fine tuning.
· Provide Level- 2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues within SLA.
· Communicate effectively with internal and external audiences with varying levels of technical expertise
· Maintains high quality customer service to internal and external groups when needed.
