JOB GOAL: Support the Network and the clients
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support for Comprehensive Computer Virus/Malware Protection, Data Security, Content Filtering, System Security Policies and Procures, WLAN design and Theory, Script writing
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Performs other related duties as assigned by manager and/or assistant manager
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: High School Diploma/GED
EXPERIENCE:
- 3-5 years general IT support experience
- Fully understands IP addressing and sub-netting. Able to configure and diagnose several types of network electronics
