Network Engineer (CCNA)

We're adding to our Team!  We are seeking a CCNA-Certified Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain reliable and efficient network infrastructure. You are an ideal candidate for this role if you have a strong understanding of networking principles, hands-on experience with Cisco hardware, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues.

You will: 

• Configure and manage network switches, including VLANs, port security, and Layer 2/3 technologies.
• Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure in compliance with TIA standards (e.g., TIA-568, TIA-942).
• Create and maintain detailed network diagrams and infrastructure layouts using AutoCAD and/or Visio.
• Perform troubleshooting and maintenance to ensure optimal network performance.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver customized networking solutions.
• Travel to client sites to support deployments, installations, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct network assessments and recommend improvements.
• Document all network configurations, updates, and project details.
• Be 50%+ travel.

You have: 

• A CCNA Certification (Cisco Certified Network Associate).
• 3+ years of experience in network infrastructure and switch configuration.
• Strong knowledge of TIA standards and structured cabling best practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Visio to create and interpret infrastructure and network diagrams.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
• Willingness and ability to travel (50%+).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions.
• A DNA comprised of collaboration and teamwork.  

You may have:  

• Experience with Cisco IOSC
• Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
• Knowledge of wireless networking, VoIP, and network security protocols.
• Experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects.
