Network Designer

We are looking for a Group Network Designer (SD-WAN/SASE) responsible for developing the Eurofiber SD-WAN network building blocks and contribute to the development of SD-WAN services. 

A quick overview of your potential new job 

As a Network Designer (SD-WAN), you'll play a crucial role in the development of the Eurofiber SD-WAN adn SASE services in the Netherlands, France, Belgium and Germany. You'll ensure that future proof and scalable SD-WAN building blocks and technologies are developed, and new SD-WAN services can be supported on the Eurofiber networks. Next to that you have an important role in large SD-WAN customer bids and projects. 

Your responsibilities: 

• You will develop and maintain Eurofiber SD-WAN building blocks, including related SD-WAN element management solutions (OSS). 
• You will maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as technology vendors, service partners, Eurofiber Sr. management and technical experts internal and external. 
• You will provide technical expertise and advice on SD-WAN solutions within the Eurofiber group. 
• You will be involved in SD-WAN product management and development

Of course, you have relevant knowledge of SD-WAN technology & services and can take the lead in complex technical E2E SD-WAN building block designs, combining technical understanding with business outlook. You like to stay abreast of SD-WAN trends in the market and with our competitors. You demonstrate SD-WAN market awareness. 

• You have at least a couple of years relevant work experience; 
• You have a university or bachelor's degree in the appropriate technical work field; 
• You have relevant in-depth technical knowledge of SD-WAN;
   
• You have preferably one of the following NSE certifications:  
• Fortinet Certified Solution Specialist (FCSS)  
• Security Operations or Public Cloud Security 
• Network Security or Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) 
• You show independent and strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English (French, German and Dutch are nice to have)
