Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and supporting network transport, routing, DNS, and load balancing
- Supporting Citrix NetScaler/ADC and Infoblox DDI (DNS/DHCP/IPAM) operations
- Participating troubleshoot connectivity, routing, segmentation, and application delivery issues
- Performing routine network maintenance
- Participating in network lifecycle activities, cloud connectivity, and disaster recovery testing
- Maintaining documentation and learning/applying best practices from more senior team members
Requirements:
- Experience in networking, IT infrastructure, or systems administration
- Experience with load balancing solutions
- Familiarity with Citrix NetScaler/ADC or Infoblox DDI is a plus
- Understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP) and network fundamentals
- Experience in network automation (Python, Ansible) and troubleshooting tools (Wireshark, TCP/IP basics)
- Knowledge of cloud networking and disaster recovery concepts
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Good English communication skills (B2 or higher)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
