We’re looking for a skilled and motivated, part-time IT professional who will share the the responsibility of managing & maintaining essential IT operations. Some of those responsibilities include helping manage operational functions like security tools, operating systems, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware. The ideal candidate is someone who is very familiar with these technologies and processes and also enjoys problem solving and helping others. 

  • Manage technology infrastructure and assets and coordinate with team to maintain and support company's technology hardware and software.
  • Document all communication and tasks performed including closing out help desk requests when completed.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to all internal and external application users by:
    • Answering questions regarding systems infrastructure design
    • Assisting in writing technical documentation and Work Instructions.
    • Responding to help desk requests in a timely fashion.
  • Take care of end user devices.
  • Establish a good relationship with all levels of employees across our office locations to accomplish the goals effectively.

  • 3+ years’ experience managing IT infrastructure and support.
  • 3+ years’ experience in IT operations, management and best practices, significant experience with IT hardware, software (Windows, Linux, O365, VMware, Active Directory, Cisco AMP, Cisco Umbrella, security).
  • Solid background in network administration and architecture.
  • Hands on experience on network maintenance/implementation, troubleshooting, and support.
  • A working knowledge of IOS, Linux, and Windows operating systems. 
  • Experience with supporting and troubleshooting stability and performance issues.
  • Experience with infrastructure-based processes: Monitoring, capacity planning, facilities management, performance tuning, asset management, and disaster recovery.
  • Ability to communicate network security issues to peers and management.
  • Experience with servers, infrastructure, and infrastructure cost reduction.
  • Working knowledge on AD, O365 server, and database infrastructure environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to meet the organizations developing needs and growth.
  • Ability to work onsite in Acqueon's Dallas office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight periodic reporting deadlines.
