IT SME support is requested for the Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) G3’s Army Trojan Management Office (ATMO)— Trojan Network Operations Center (TNOC).
Job Description
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
· TNOC personnel provide Tier I customer service support to US ARMY INSCOM customers
· Actively monitor network and terminal operations to ensure connectivity and availability
· Monitor network data traffic patterns to minimize choke points
· Accountable for all aspects of Network requirements and manages the hands-on, day-to day issues related to Networks
· Provide system administrator support for GET TDN2 AD environment
· Responsible for the hands-on, day-to-day issues related to user accounts and access to GET TDN2 AD and GET WAN
Education and Certifications
Certificates: IAT Level 2: A+ -CE, or Network + CE, Security + CE, or SSCP, or CCNA- Security
Experience
· 5 years supporting Network Operations and Microsoft Active Directory environments
PLACE OF PERFORMANCE
Fort Belvoir, VA
Work Hours:
Thurs-Sat and every other Wednesday 0600-1800 (one is an 8-hour day)
SECURITY
Must possess at minimum a TS Clearance with SCI eligibility.
Must be willing to obtain a CI Poly
Must be U.S. citizens and capable of maintaining a final TS/SCI security clearance. Additionally, all personnel will require access to NATO classified material and will require read on to NATO.
Compensation Details:
$108,000 - $110,000
