Job Description
As a NetSuite Solution Architect, you will design complex solutions for clients by combining your business process analysis expertise and specialization with NetSuite.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a NetSuite Solutions Architect. Our NetSuite practice is rapidly growing. If you enjoy working in a fast paced environment with positive energy, great people and are looking for a challenging opportunity, we are currently looking for someone who has a strong background with NetSuite implementations, support and ERP Consulting.
The Solution Architect / Implementation Manager is responsible for the implementation of NetSuite projects. He/ She will work within a project team and will be responsible for managing clients throughout the full life cycle. This position will assess client needs, develop solutions and implement them to the clients satisfaction. Our Consultants must have a passion for helping clients. Managing success and delivery against typical project constraints are an important requirement of the job.
Responsibilities
- Create a holistic end-to-end business architecture and solution design that meets client business objectives
- Develop innovative solutions for our rapidly expanding client base
- Lead business process design and discovery sessions
- Document user stories and associated detailed requirements
- Evaluate software purchases against SOW and provide GAP solutions
- Develop customization and functional design documentation
- Act as a liaison with technical team members to ensure the design meets functional requirements
- Recommend any Third-Party Vendors to enhance the overall solution
- Demo NetSuite modules as features as Proof of Concept
- Assist sales team with scoping and SOW presentation
- Oversee and approve all technical and functional configurations of consultants
- Coach and mentor consultants by building their skills and experience
- Work directly with Project Manager to manage scope and initiate change management procedures
Qualifications
Skills and experience
- 5+ years NetSuite implementation experience across a myriad of industries and processes
- 2+ years NetSuite design of custom NetSuite solutions
- Team leadership experience, including a desire to coach and mentor others
- Experience establishing synergy with technical and functional team members
- Strong communication skills, with demonstrated ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex ideas
