Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled NetSuite OpenAir Administrator to manage and optimize our OpenAir system, which currently supports ~2000 users. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuration, user support, reporting, and ensuring that the system aligns with our business processes. This role is critical in enhancing our operational efficiency and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Administration:
- Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within OpenAir.
- Configure and customize the system to meet business requirements.
- Maintain data integrity and accuracy across the platform.
- User Support:
- Provide training and support to users, addressing any issues or questions.
- Develop user guides and documentation for system processes and best practices.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
- Analyze data and processes to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with project managers, finance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with operational goals, improve processes, decrease errors, and increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT teams for system integrations and upgrades.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Manage the OpenAir Governance and Committees
- Stay updated on OpenAir enhancements and industry best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience with OpenAir or similar project management/financial systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SQL or similar querying languages.
- Familiarity with integration tools and APIs.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
Salary: $70,000-100,000
