NetSuite Integration Specialist

At ShipHero we make it easy to manage eCommerce logistics in more ways than one. Our proprietary Warehouse Management Software (WMS) allows our customers to run an efficient warehouse and fulfill customer orders quickly and accurately. Our fulfillment division operates our own warehouses providing fulfillment services for brands across the US and Canada.

We want to put this great technology in the hands of more brands, retailers, and 3PLs to help them grow. As our growth continues, we are looking for an experienced Implementation Specialist to join our team.

As Integration Specialist, you are responsible for managing concurrent efficient and successful implementations of the integration between our ShipHero WMS and the clients NetSuite ERP. This role requires strong customer communication and collaboration skills combined with a technical acumen around NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic and trustworthy partner between the client and ShipHero during the onboarding process.
• Drive the entire integration process from requirement gathering to go-live support
• Set and manage priorities for multiple projects simultaneously

• Assessing client needs and business processes to determine the best implementation strategy for ShipHero WMS with NetSuite.
• Customizing and configuring solutions to align with the client's business requirements and goals.
• Facilitating effective communication between client stakeholders and the internal technical team.
• Conducting regular check-ins with clients to monitor implementation progress and address any concerns.
• Documenting processes and creating materials that help clients understand and use the ShipHero SuiteApp.
• Collaborating with engineering, sales and onboarding team to ensure successful execution
• Gathering client feedback post-implementation to inform future enhancements and support.

• Demonstrate the ability to lead and guide internal teams, including engineering and onboarding, to deliver according to plan
• Lead client discussions on implementation and/or project activities
• Proactively reach out to clients & decision makers to manage expectations and drive accountability

What You Need To Succeed

• Min 3+ years SaaS-focused project management and/or consulting experience
• Strong technical knowledge of NetSuite
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organization and planning skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
• Experience in WMS, logistics or technology preferred
