At SellerX, we are growing our Finance & Systems team, and we’re looking for a NetSuite Functional Consultant to join us! In this role, you’ll be the key link between business operations and technical delivery, ensuring our NetSuite ERP ecosystem scales effectively as we grow. You'll drive automation, efficiency, and integration across teams, with the chance to make a lasting impact in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.

In detail, you'll be hands on:

• Optimizing and supporting NetSuite ERP across Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams

• Gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable NetSuite solutions

• Configuring NetSuite post-rollout (fields, layouts, workflows, approvals, validation rules)

• Creating and managing saved searches, dashboards, workflows, and reports

• Leading testing, training, and change management across NetSuite-related projects

• Defining and supporting integrations with tools like Amazon, Shopify, and WMS

• Monitoring system performance and data integrity, and resolving technical issues

• Ensuring ERP compliance, audit readiness, and reliable financial operations

• Training users and creating clear, accessible documentation

• Staying up to date on NetSuite updates and recommending improvements

Requirements to thrive in your new role:

• Hands-on NetSuite functional experience, including implementation and daily management

• Strong understanding of key NetSuite modules: Financials (GL, AP, AR), Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory

• Experience integrating NetSuite with third-party platforms (Amazon, Shopify, WMS)

• Solid knowledge of Accounting, Finance, and Supply Chain processes

• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders

• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for building scalable ERP processes

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-functional, and high-growth environment

Nice to have:

• NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant, Financial User)

• Experience with SuiteScript or working with developers on customizations

• Background in eCommerce, retail, or consumer goods
