ABOUT THE ROLE
The Finance IT team is looking for a proactive and collaborative self-starter to support the team’s mission to establish a best-in-class Finance solution by supporting our existing NetSuite ERP implementation. This will be achieved through developing a deep understanding of financial processes and configuring NetSuite to support our evolving business models. You will interact with multiple multi-functional partners across the organization and will be instrumental in furthering the team’s mission. This role offers a unique opportunity to be a part of an evolving business systems team in a high-growth global organization. You will have the opportunity to design, build, and implement best-practice financial processes.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Develop new solutions for NetSuite to support our evolving business model.
- Support end-to-end solutioning: Work with engineering and business multi-functional partners to design, develop, test, and deploy NetSuite functionality and enhancements to meet business needs.
- Maintain clear and detailed documentation on new features, enhancements, configuration, and customizations.
- In alignment with SOX, ensure procedures, processes, and proper change controls are adhered to on all production changes and implementations.
- Monitor the system identify critical issues with the existing solutions and proactively design and fix the as-built solutions.
- Drive root-functional root cause analysis where issues are noted and be a champion for prioritization and remediation.
- Work closely with cross-domain IT teams and business partners efforts to develop and test any multi-functional solutions.
- Understand and document business requirements; analyze existing and/or new information and applications; propose potential solutions; and execute selected technology solutions.
- Facilitate consistent adoption of best practices, policies, and standards.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively and develop strong working relationships with technical and business peers.
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- Minimum 5+ years’ hands-on experience in NetSuite ERP for multiple companies
- NetSuite OneWorld experience with multiple subsidiaries
- Knowledge of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report processes
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, explore platform features and third-party bundles, and advise on build vs buy for NetSuite solutions
- Functional experience with core financial/accounting processes in NetSuite
- Ability to build and maintain successful NetSuite workflows
- Ability to work well under pressure, handling tight deadlines and situations where conflicting priorities arise
- Ability to analyze technical problems to develop long-term sustainable solutions and provide quick tactical results when necessary.
- Ability to explain sophisticated concepts in a way that is understandable to non-technical team members.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes. Base Salary Range
$187,300—$243,300 USD
