As a NetSuite Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing and maintaining our ERP system to support business operations across finance, supply chain, and other functional areas. You will partner with stakeholders to configure, troubleshoot, and enhance NetSuite functionality, ensuring data integrity and process efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, embraces complex challenges, and is passionate about leveraging technology to drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for NetSuite administration, configuration, and support.
- Collaborate with finance, lab operations, supply chain, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, workflows, saved searches, and reports to meet business needs.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings in compliance with company policies.
- Support integrations between NetSuite and other business applications.
- Document processes, configurations, and best practices for ongoing system governance.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain UAT scenarios and regression testing scripts for bi-annual upgrades and other system changes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience with IT systems support, and 3+ years of experience administering and configuring NetSuite ERP.
- Strong understanding of financial processes (GL, AP, AR) and operational workflows.
- Strong knowledge of inventory modules and Item Master configurations.
- Proficiency in creating saved searches, custom reports, and dashboards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- NetSuite certification (Administrator, Foundations, or ERP Consultant).
- Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics.
- Familiarity with integrations and middleware tools (e.g., Celigo, Dell Boomi, Mulesoft).
- Background in biotech, life sciences, or healthcare technology.
- Knowledge of SOX compliance and data governance best practices
Location: This is a hybrid role based out of our San Diego, CA office.
#LI-HybridThe final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience, skillset, geographic location, industry, education, etc. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
