Job Overview:
The NetSuite Administrator serves as the primary functional owner of the NetSuite ERP platform, ensuring the system reliably supports core business operations for our finance organization.This role focuses on functional configuration, system administration, business process alignment, data integrity, and user enablement within NetSuite. The NetSuite Administrator acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and finance. You’ll also monitor and maintain data accuracy, consistency, and completeness within NetSuite. In this role you’ll report to our Assistant Controller.
How you’ll make an impact:
By 3 months:
- You’ll understand our business and have established relationships across our finance team and senior leaders.
- You’ll support and reinforce standardized NetSuite processes across departments, balancing consistency with the flexibility needed for a growing organization.
- You’ll document approved NetSuite workflows, configurations, and system usage standards.
By 6 months:
- You’ll support company initiatives that require NetSuite alignment (e.g., acquisitions, new revenue streams, process standardization).
- You’ll identify and address root causes of data integrity or reporting issues related to process design, permissions, configurations, or integrations.
- You’ll support reporting accuracy by ensuring NetSuite data structures align with business reporting needs.
What you’ve already accomplished:
- You’re a NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant and/ or NetSuite Certified SuiteCloud Developer
- You have about 5+ years experience as a NetSuite Administrator or Consultant at a NetSuite consulting firm, partnering with finance teams to design, configure, and optimize NetSuite environments for scale.
- You’ve supported NetSuite system implementation projects, helping finance organizations transition from implementation through stabilization and growth.
- You’re comfortable owning NetSuite end-to-end — from configuration and workflows to reporting, integrations, and optimization — and serving as the go-to expert for the platform.
