This position will support three Business Units within the SMF portfolio – SigmaNEST, GibbsCAM and Cimatron.

SigmaNEST is a leading provider of innovative end-to-end CAD/CAM software solutions to help professional fabricators increase ROI by optimizing material utilization, machine motion, manpower, and data management.

GibbsCAM designs, develops and delivers CAM software with a proven track record of productivity gains and is firmly positioned as a leading CAM innovator in the manufacturing and manufacturing industries.

Cimatron provides toolmakers with an integrated CAD/CAM solution for the design and manufacture of plastic injection molds and sheet metal stamping dies, as well as programming 2D to 5-Axis milling CNC machines.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented NetSuite Administrator with experience in providing support for NetSuite ERP systems to join our growing team. This role will focus on supporting the daily operations of the NetSuite system, troubleshooting user issues, assisting with system customization, scripts, and ensuring the platform runs efficiently. You will work closely with various departments, including finance, operations, sales, and IT, to ensure that the system supports organizational goals and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • NetSuite Configuration and Administration: Manage as part of a team the day-to-day operations of the NetSuite system, including case management, system customization, and optimization based on business requirements. Perform under set policy and procedures for resolving NetSuite issues with setup and configuration. Work with Senior Administrators in assignment of resources and setting priorities for issue resolution and project completion
  • User Support and Training: Provide support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training to ensure efficient use of NetSuite by staff across the organization
  • Customization & Scripting: Implement custom fields, records, forms, workflows, and scripts (SuiteScript) to tailor the NetSuite environment according to specific business needs ensuring standardized processes are followed consistently
  • Data Management: Ensure data integrity, regular data imports/exports, backups, and system audits. Assist with data cleanup, analysis, and reporting
  • Integration Management: Collaborate with third-party vendors or internal teams to manage and support integrations with other software platforms (e.g., CRM, E-commerce, HR systems)
  • System Optimization: Continuously review and improve system performance, scalability, and functionality proactively as well as based on feedback from users and business goals
  • User Permissions & Roles: Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls to ensure security and appropriate use of the system
  • Project Management: Lead or participate in NetSuite-related projects, such as system upgrades, module implementations, and process improvements
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure that NetSuite system operations comply with organizational policies and industry regulations (e.g., SOX, GDPR). Maintain system documentation and best practices for future use in line with established methods

Key Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or in a similar role managing ERP systems
  • Strong knowledge of NetSuite ERP modules (e.g., Financials, CRM, Inventory, Order Management, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with SuiteScript 1 and 2.x, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk integrations is required
  • A strong background and experience in level one and level two resolution in NetSuite

Skills:

  • Proficient in creating custom fields, records, forms, workflows, and saved searches including advanced formulae usage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and forward-thinking approach to solutions
  • Experience with code management tools such as GIT and associated review processes
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with financial processes and data management best practices.
  • Experience with data migration, imports, and exports using CSV or SuiteCloud tools
  • Experience of third-party integrations and how to manage them (e.g., Salesforce, Shopify, Integrator.io/Celigo)

Preferred Qualifications:         

  • Certifications:
    NetSuite Administrator Certification or NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification is a plus
  • Industry Experience:
    Experience working in industries such as software (including customer contract renewals), technology, retail or finance is beneficial
  • Project Management:
    Experience in managing ERP projects, system upgrades, and NetSuite module implementations in a complex NetSuite environment
