NetiQ Identity Management Engineer/NetIQ Access Manager Engineer - Contract - Sydney
Requirements
- Strong understanding and hands on experience on the following-
§ NetIQ Identity Manager
§ NetIQ Access Manager
§ LDAP
§ Webservices
§ Java
§ eDirectory
- Support the existing IDM infrastructure and implement the necessary system updates as connected systems change.
- Create/update IDM Workflows
- Create/update IDM drivers
- Hands-on experience in setting up NAM environment (Installation/Configuration)
- Good knowledge of Protocols like SAML, OAuth & Reverse Proxy.
- Good and hands on exp on Designer and connector development.
- Good understanding of Policy, Security Management and Certificate Management.
- Hands-on experience to set up a NetIQ LDAP proxy (Installation/Configuration).
- Provide technical assistance with the onboarding of new connected systems and will serve as an IDM SME for the security group, helpdesk, and end users
- Assist in project implementation as well as producing compliance reports, supporting role-based access control, working Service Requests, monitoring IDM servers, and system testing.
- IDM maintenance including driver health, LDAP directory, role and resource maintenance, incident response, system support, updates, patches, modifications, new connectors, disaster recovery testing, workflow, report writing, monitoring, log management, and support for environment and employee changes.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues within NetIQ product suite
- Good experience in documenting detailed design and integration manuals
- Good understanding of BAU support processes like SLA management, incident/problem management.

- Understanding of policy, security management, and certificate management
- Hands-on experience installing and configuring NetIQ LDAP proxy
- Experience supporting connected-system onboarding and serving as an IDM subject matter expert
- Experience with role-based access control, compliance reporting, service requests, system monitoring, and system testing
- Experience with IDM maintenance, driver health, LDAP directories, roles, resources, incident response, updates, patches, disaster recovery testing, logging, and monitoring
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues within the NetIQ product suite
- Experience documenting detailed designs and integration manuals
- Understanding of SLA management and incident/problem management
- Australian or New Zealand citizenship or Australian/NZ permanent residency
