The Challenge
We are seeking No Pay No Cure Recruiters to attract and secure top-tier talent across a range of roles in our organization - main priority: Marketing Manager. As a freelancer, you’ll be compensated on a success basis, earning commissions for every candidate you place who gets hired. This role is perfect for a recruitment professional with a proven track record and a passion for results-driven work.
Day in the Life of a Freelance Recruiters at GT Ecom
- Partner with us to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates using innovative recruitment strategies.
- Present qualified candidates to the hiring team for consideration.
- Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support candidates throughout the process to ensure a smooth experience.
- Maintain a clear pipeline and track progress for ongoing recruitment projects.
Important Numbers for this Role
- Successfully endorsed top talents who perfectly align with the required role specifications.
- Maintained a high standard of candidate submissions, with 80% of endorsed candidates progressing to interviews.
- Consistently achieved 3-5 successful hires within the first three months.
Your Team When You Join Us
As a freelance No Pay No Cure Recruiter, you’ll collaborate closely with our HR team and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure candidate alignment. While you’ll operate independently, you’ll have access to the support and guidance of our internal team to help streamline the recruitment process and ensure seamless communication.
