Role Overview: The .Net Technical Lead will manage the AI Program. This role demands a strategic leader with a deep understanding of OpenAI, GenAI, software development, cloud technologies, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Project Delivery: Ensure timely, quality, and budget-compliant project execution; develop governance structures and KPIs; generate performance reports and mitigation strategies.
    • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with teams to create and track project plans; manage scope and implement corrective actions.
    • Risk & Resource Management: Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and optimize resource utilization.
    • Team Leadership: Lead a diverse team, fostering collaboration and resolving issues quickly.
    • Client Management: Understand client needs, maintain strong communication, and deliver solutions.
    • Operational Oversight: Monitor progress and budget; maintain flexibility to meet deadlines and manage critical situations.

Professional Experience & Skills:

  • Industry Experience:
    • 12+ years of experience in leading enterprise software development.
    • Experience managing the full software development life cycle of enterprise applications.
    • Experience in the Financial or Audit industry is beneficial.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Experience managing enterprise application development projects with Microsoft Technology (.NET, Azure etc.), data warehousing and data analytics tools like Powerbi / Tableau.
    • Strong understanding/knowledge of  Azure Open AI / GenAI use cases and their implementation along with global deployment.
    • Proficiency in .NET development and recent Azure certification is highly preferred.
    • Technical understanding of Azure and MS tech stack, including integration services and security & monitoring tools.
    • Ability to identify potential use cases for using Advanced / Generative AI. Be able to translate the use case into POC requirements. And guide offshore AI teams to implement the POC'sPersonal Attributes:
