About the Job:
Salary Range: $110,000 - $155,000
CloudScale is currently seeking applicants for its GenAI Development practice. We're seeking passionate, team-oriented individuals to join our team of engineers, designers, and project managers. You'll contribute to building and maintaining systems crucial for businesses every day. Your role will involve working with web applications, databases, microservices, and Generative AI. Generative AI Development will be a significant aspect of your job, requiring technical and organizational skills to develop efficient solutions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Requirements Gathering:
    • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and web application needs.
  2. Solution Design:
    • Design end-to-end Gen AI solutions that align with client objectives and business goals.
    • Create detailed technical specifications and documentation.
  3. Development and Implementation:
    • Utilize modern .NET tools to build Gen AI solutions.
    • Collaborate with automation and development teams to integrate dynamic capabilities into solutions.
  4. Testing and Quality Assurance:
    • Conduct testing of Gen AI solutions to ensure reliability and performance.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during testing and implementation.
  5. Client Collaboration:
    • Work closely with clients to demonstrate the functionality of Gen AI solutions and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
    • Provide training and support to end-users on implemented web applications.
  6. Monitoring and Maintenance:
    • Establish monitoring protocols to track the performance of Gen AI solutions.
    • Proactively identify and address any issues to maintain optimal system functionality.
    • Implement updates and improvements based on evolving business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of .NET tools, Entity Framework, web application solutions.
  • Strong programming skills (e.g., C#, Html, CSS).
  • Experience with SQL databases (SQL Server, CosmosDB, Vector Databases).
  • Familiarity with API design and RESTful web services.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Skills in Web frameworks (Blazor, React, Vue, or Angular).

Preferred Skills:

  • Proven experience as a .NET GenAI Developer Consultant or in a similar role.
  • Experience with Generative AI technologies (Semantic Kernel, Kernel Memory, OpenAI, Embeddings, Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering).
  • Knowledge of cloud-based solutions (e.g., Azure).
  • Understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
  • CI/CD experience
  • Potential Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer, etc).
  • Consulting/stakeholder environment experience.
  • Understanding of Azure Active Directory and OAuth-based authentication


Role Requirements:

  • Ability to work from a distraction-free home office with a professional schedule.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks like time sheets and progress reports.


Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
