Job Summary:
As a Senior .NET Engineer - Team Leader, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our software development projects. You will lead a team of .NET developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge software solutions. Your technical expertise, leadership skills, and ability to inspire and mentor team members will be key to achieving project goals.
What You Will Do:
- Lead and mentor a team of 5-10 software developers in a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Manage the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality and on-time project completion.
- Utilize your expertise in investment and wealth management to provide guidance and insight to the team.
- Oversee quality assurance (QA) processes to maintain product excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Utilize your technical proficiency in Microsoft .Net, MS SQL Server, Postgres, Angular, and GitHub.
- Leverage your experience in cloud implementation, particularly in AWS and Azure.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven 10+ years experience in software team leadership and project management.
- Strong knowledge of investment and wealth management.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft .Net, MS SQL Server, Postgres, Angular, and GitHub.
- Experience with cloud implementation, especially in AWS and Azure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset
