What We Do
Snic Solutions is a platform + solutions company helping manufacturers modernize operations using composable tools, predictive insights, and outcome-first implementation.
We exist to remove the friction from digital transformation—so manufacturers can keep up with what their customers demand. As expectations rise for traceability, responsiveness, flexibility, and compliance, manufacturers are feeling the pressure to transform—but they’re often trapped by siloed data, legacy systems, and slow, high-risk implementations.
We believe digital transformation should be fast, flexible, and practical—not overwhelming.
At the core of our approach is Factory Thread, our proprietary data virtualization platform designed for manufacturing. It enables seamless IT-OT convergence, IIoT integration, and AI-driven insights by connecting spreadsheets, legacy systems, and modern tools like Siemens Opcenter—without the delays and disruptions of traditional integration methods.
Complementing this is SmartOps, our outcome-based delivery model that combines onboarding, training, admin support, validation readiness, and customer success into a single, scalable subscription. We package software and services into composable, verticalized solutions that help manufacturers digitize MES, APS, LIMS, and QMS workflows quickly and confidently.
We’ve delivered results for over 150 manufacturing sites across North America and Asia, including leaders in pharmaceuticals, metals, industrial equipment, food and beverage, and medical devices. Our experience spans GxP-compliant environments, 21 CFR Part 11 validation, and AI-powered operational analytics.
Headquartered in Dallas, with global teams across the U.S., Canada, Southeast Asia, and India, we’re making manufacturing digital transformation fast, fearless, and scalable.
