Please note that we are NOT offering sponsorship for this position and all applicants must be currently based in the Chicago-land area or willing to relocate. This position is “in-office” for at least 90 days and then hybrid schedules are available based on performance milestones.

Medtelligent is looking for engineers that love to solve problems with technology and are passionate about learning in pursuit of the best solutions. Medtelligent's developers actively collaborate with each other, the Product team, and QA team. 

The Medtelligent development team strives for a good balance between collaboration and autonomy. They are encouraged and expected to actively provide input and apply their creativity and knowledge to the features and solutions being built. 

Medtelligent invests in ongoing education, paying technical debt, and time and attention to prioritize the speed and performance of our ALIS application.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering 
  • 2-3 years of experience coding full stack .NET solutions (C#, SQL, JavaScript)
  • 2-3 years knowledge of ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, and ORM (e.g. Entity Framework, Dapper)
  • Proficient in C# and object-oriented design
  • 3-5 years of experience working with a SaaS product
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and writing SQL queries
  • Experience architecting solutions and data models 
  • Experience using NuGet Package Manager
  • Leading projects from inception to completion
  • Experience collaborating with other internal teams 

Bonus: 

  • Experience with Azure, AWS, or Rackspace Cloud;
  • Experience with Confluence and / or JIRA.
  • Experience in software or healthcare 
  • Experience with Agile development methodology

In some instances, third round interviews are held.
